Mobo Awards 2011: The Winning List & Who Wore What?

One of our UK’s biggest events to acknowledge great British talent has to be the MOBO Awards 2011. Last night we saw it live on screen the cream of the music crop came out in force for the 16th annual event at Glasgow’s SECC. Hosted by the very chilled US singer Jason Derulo and the stunning Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon, stars from across the globe walked the red carpet, despite the miserable wet and windy weather in the city.

Boyz II Men, pop princess Jessie J, Amy Winehouse’s goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, US singer Alexis Jordan, rappers Tinie Tempah and Tinchy Stryder, and rising Scottish star Emeli Sande were just some of the artists who attended.

And singers including Professor Green and Emeli Sande, Katy B and Miss Dynamite, Jessie J, Wretch 32 and Boyz II Men took to the stage to entertain the crowds too. Dionne Bromfield performed Amy Winehouse’s song Love Is a Losing Game, in an emotional tribute to the late star who passed away aged just 27 in July this year.
