Getting that perfect shade lipstick to go with that outfit or mood isnt as easy as you might think. So we always welcome new colors and shades that we can add to our collection.
From berry shades to crimson colours autumn/winter’s lip is deep, dark and sultry so we put five different lip tints to the test to see which shades suit what skin tone, how their staying power fares and their overall poutability!
Clinique Different Lipstick in A Different Grape
While the colour of this lipstick is quite plummy it actually looks a lot lighter on, which meant I could layer it up until I found a shade that suited me best. It’s also quite sheer and shiny making it look like I’d just licked my lips which I thought was quite sexy and because it’s glossy, it not only glided on really easily, it also didn’t dry out in any lip crevices and left my lips feeling super hydrated. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is keen to try out the new darker A/W shades but is looking for a more wearable take on the berry trend, plus it works just as well in the day as it does at night. heres a few below and you can click on the link for more.
