Natural Hair Journey: From Big Afro To Slick Bun

Hiyah ladies, well I was getting ready to hit the town and was wondering what to do with me hair…so I wanted to try this bun look out. My hair was in its natural afro state and I didn’t want to use heat or rock a hair piece, so I gave the slick bun a try.

Check out the results and let me know if it works for you on your natural hair. x

Very cute! Go easy with that hard bristle brush. You want to keep nice full edges. For those ladies who want a smoother look; simply tie a scarf around the perimeter of the head right after you apply your gel. Leave the scarf on while you create the bun. ´╗┐ And then remove the scarf before you head out the door. Should be nice and smoooth. Have a good time!
