I’ve been hunting around for a few new excersises that will make me look hot in those tight outfits, get the job done are simple with minimal equipment and I can do at home, so I came across this. Heres a workout for your butt and legs you can do at home or at the gym. This workout consists of exercises like jumping deadlifts, sqauts, lunges, barbell deadlifts, and many other great butt and leg exercises that will have you reaching for your lycra ;p
How to do the workout:
If you’re new do 1set of 10-15 reps per exercise.
Then build up to 2sets then 3sets.
Advanced lifters can start with 3sets.
