Pheeew!!! Changing Fitness Levels During Pregnancy, Things To Consider

I’m in my second trimester here, and pheeeew, find out the surprises on how being pregnant can change how you excersise and breath!! lol I’m learning new things all the time and trying to find new ways to still be healthy.

 

What are your tips for still maintaining moderate excersise whilst pregnant, or did you stop altogether? Please share your story and tips below xx

    hi peeks i really feel for you at this exciting time that you and mr x are going through. damn those hormones lol. i was just like you with the crying, let it all out and never hold it. as for excersicing all i did was walk alot as i was unable to go to the gym. however i did go on the thread mill a few times when i didnt feel like walking around and that helped ALOT and was fun at the same time too. whatever makes you feel comfortable is good. you look wonderful by the way being pregnant suits you. oh yeah did you know that crying doesnt only happen when you are carrying the baby it happens afterwards too lol so be prepared for lots and lots of tears. good luck with the rest of your pregnancy too.

      gosh i always tear up at thez kind of things, so i wont blame the hormones entirely lol i try to do stretching excersises, i like walking but wish i could walk faster but it duz kinda hurt, but hey i do wot i can, thanks so much. how did u find weight loss after u gave birth?
