Pregnancy weight Loss Journey: Zesty Green Juice Recipe

Hey guys, fresh in from my pregnancy weight loss jog (update coming soon) , I decided I would have a green juice instead of cereal from my breakie. So I thought I would show you guys one of the recipes I have been using on my journey. Juices are a great way to losse weight and stay energised and healthy on the inside.


For my recipe you will need

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1 green or red apple
  • nice chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 Chayote
  • 1 pok choy or Chinese cabbage
